AROMATHERAPY FOR YOUR HEALTH
The majority of us know that aromatherapy has something to do with scent and oil, but only a few of us really know that aromatherapy is useful in healing our body and giving us better health. Usually, after a session of aromatherapy, we will feel energized and stronger.

Aromatherapy involves bathing, inhalation and massage with the use of pure essential oils. These essential oils of aromatherapy are diluted, applied to the skin, and finally is absorbed by the skin. These aromatherapy oils penetrate into the tissues of our body, blood and the interstitial fluid* (*physiology, occurring between tissues: lying between parts of an organ or between groups of cells or tissues). Essential oils relax and energize our body, acting as rejuvenating agents which eliminate waste toxins from our body. With help of aromatherapy our body replaces dead cells and regenerate new and healthy cells, which is one aspect of good health. Basically, aromatherapy involves bathing, inhalation and massage with the use of pure essential oils. Nowadays, we can find aromatherapy candles, soaps and scented oils fairly easy, depending on our needs and tastes.

Preparing an aromatherapy bath: Add about 10 drops of your favorite essential oils into a tub full of warm water. Mix and match essentials oils to your desire. You can also add mineral baths to ease muscle soreness and to treat your skin.

Remember that when we are undergoing aromatherapy, our body, mind and spirit must be in a union for relaxation to achieve overall better health.
